The TH-4080 is a phase change material used to reduce the thermal
resistance between a component and its radiator to a minimum. Easy to
apply at ambient temperature, it softens when the temperature of the
component is between 50°C and 65°C, and in this way takes up the
shape of the empty space perfectly.
