Brillopak BK SG1 Universal Robot Gripper Head
Usage
Robot palletising end effector for bag and sack applications.

Product description
The head consists of two sets of actuated side plates, 8 fingers
spaced at 75mm per side, to match station conveyor (optional
100mm). Fingers are manually adjustable to suit sack width.
The fingers and side plates are rotated by pneumatic
actuation. The main rotation bearings are in machined
housings and protected with external lip seals to give long
bearing life.
The fingers and side plates are manufactured from stainless
steel as standard.

Optional additions

Top compaction plates
These top plates are required when poly type
sacks/bags are to be picked up and or high rotation
speeds are used. They stop the sacks/bags sliding out
of position on the fingers.
Top gripping force is by pneumatic actuators and is
pressure adjustable.
Two top compaction plates per head are fitted.

Longer side plates and additional fingers to suit 900
mm maximum bag length

Automatic adjustment for different bag sizes

Suction cups mounted to gripper (x4), to lift slip sheet
and place on top of empty pallet. Type of cup is
dependent on slip sheet to be lifted. Includes sensor
to check slip sheet is picked up. This same sensor can
be used to tell when slip sheet stack is empty.
