iFLOW™ g2 System
The iFLOW g2 system is one of the most advanced real-time continuous reciprocat-
ing compressor monitoring systems available in the market today. The automated
system effectively monitors, logs and analyzes data coming in from each end of
the compressor cylinders, allowing operators to make informed decisions concern-
ing overall compressor performance, maintenance, troubleshooting, and scheduled
downtime. A single iFLOW g2 system can monitor up to 10 double-acting cylinders
(20 ends).

New Diagnostic Capability
The iFLOW g2 system uses continuously measured pressure data and combines it
with temperatures and other system parameters gathered to generate mathematical
models for comparison with the actual pressure parameters. Wth these compari-
sons, the iFLOW g2 system identifies anomalies (such as suction valve leakage,
discharge valve leakage and ring leakage) in the compression and re-expansion
events of the compression cycles.
Data Capture and Communication
The iFLOW g2 system is capable of displaying pressure versus volume curves,
compression pressure versus crank angle curves, threshold curves (which allow
the user to compare the measured and theoretical curves), and several other diag-
nostic parameters. All processed data is made available to SCADA and prognostics
