© The base and vertical stand adopt high precision marble to

ensure the stability of the mechanism system.

© X and Y axis adopt intersection roller guiderail structure. The

guiderail adopts the imported roller and holder to ensure the

movements to be stable and comfortable. At the same time, it

improves the rigidity and repeatability of worktable.

© Z axis adopts precision linear guide with sliding weight. And the

lens is in even force up and down to ensure the accuracy.

© The X, Y and Z axis are all precision nut without tooth transmission

so as to make the worktable up or down and move to be gapless

and accurate.

© The laser indicator can rapidly find the position of workpiece to be

measured.

© CCD Magnification from 0.7X to 4.5X.

© X and Y axis mount grating scales so have high locating

precision. If the Z axis mounts the grating scale, it can perform

height measurement.

Uses

The JVB250 Video Measuring Machine is a multifunctional metrology

instrument, which is wicely used in the workshop and inspection

department of manufacturing industry. It can efficiently measure

various parts, such as the dimension, angle and position of various

workpieces, geometry parameters of cutters, mouldds and gauges,

and the width and distance of lines and the size and position of weld

hole for printed circuit board.
