ALUMINIUM CUTTING
SURFACE
The COMBI 200VA, 250VA machines have a cutting surface
made of anodised extruded aluminium. The C350 iPower
machine has a cutting surface made of stainless steel. The
cutting surface is normally the part most subject to wear and
corrosion as it is constantly in contact with water and highly
abrasive materials. Stainless steel and anodised aluminium
completely eliminate the risk of corrosion and guarantee high
resistance to wear. The holes and fretting of the aluminium on
the cutting surface facilitate the flow of water to the tray and
eliminate the suction effect of the material.

ELECTRIC WATER PUMP
IMER saws are fitted with an electric pump
that ensures a constant flow of water to the
cutting disk. The water flow is regulated
through a special tap to allow correct disk cooling and
optimise cutting.
WATER RECOVERY TRAY
The water recovery tray is made of plastic to prevent any
possibility of corrosion. Thanks to the lightweight material
used, the tray is also easy to remove from the machine for
cleaning. In the Combi 200VA, COMBI 250VA, C350 iPower, M400 Smart, Masonry 750 models
emptying can be carried out without removing the tray from the machine.

45° CUTTING
All the machines have the possibility of
45° cutting. The cutting head and travel
bar can be sloped in just seconds.
A clamp ensures the stability of the travel bar,
keeping cutting accuracy unchanged.

MAXIMUM CUTTING
ACCURACY
In order to guarantee the maximum cutting
accuracy, the travel bar is made of extruded
aluminium or steel section bars depending on the models.
The runner parts of the cutting head are formed of wheels
mounted on sealed ball bearings. This system offers very
smooth running and maximum cutting accuracy.
