nnnn■ Formcut automatically generates the
nnnnideal path to cut out shapes based on
nnnnuser-specified geometry. Circle, rectangle,
nnnnellipse, pentagon and hexagon shapes
nnnnare supported with easy definition of
nnnnshape size and rotation from a single
nnnnprogrammed point. The cut motion start
nnnnand overlap, along with robot speed,
nnnntiming options and corner radii, are defined
nnnnin the cut file.
nnnn■ Proportional analog generates a control
nnnnsignal corresponding to the speed of
nnnnthe robot. When used with dispensing
nnnnequipment flow controls, a uniform bead is
nnnnproduced on contoured parts. The signal is
nnnnavailable as an analog voltage or across a
nnnnfieldbus network.
