nnnnPali® ceramic membrane filter elements are made of pure a Al203,
nnnnthe chemical stable variant of alumina and the membranes
nnnnconsist of Al203, Zr02 or Ti02, depending on pore size.
nnnnDue to fine nuanced manufacturing steps, Schumasiv ceramic
nnnnmembrane filter elements can be produced with a wide range of
nnnnpore sizes covering the whole range of micro and ultra filtration.
nnnnThe tube shaped mono and multi channel filter
nnnnelements are suitable for applications under abrasive and
nnnnchemical aggressive conditions. Schumasiv filter elements
nnnnhave an outstanding filtration efficiency at high flux rates, e.g.
nnnnon oil / water separation applications.

nnnnchemicals. Care should be taken when operating continuously
nnnnwith high acid concentrations at elevated temperatures.
nnnnSchumasiv filter elements are not resistant against HF.
nnnnResistance of Epoxy resin against strong acids and polar
nnnnorganic substances like short-chained carboxylic acids and
nnnnalcohols is limited.
