The SIMO process uses synchronized cutters,
eliminating natural extrusion variances by
machining all critical edges concurrently in
one pass. This ensures tight tolerances, limited

The end product is a rigid, accurate and
repeatable aluminum extrusion that holds tight
tolerances within ±.001” (.025 mm) for easy
