TTR TABLE TOP ROBOT

Robot a 2 assi per colla a base acqua.
TABLE TOP ROBOT ha bisogno di pochi semplici gesti
per la programmazione e in pochi secondi è pronto per
spruzzare la colla a base acqua con totale precisione e
pulizia. TTR è in grado di eseguire interpolazioni lineari
e quindi può eseguire traiettorie colla molto complesse.
I punti di passaggio dell’erogatore di adesivo vengono
acquisiti in auto apprendimento mediante l’utilizzo
del joystick,l’operatore deve unicamente posizionare
l’erogatore sui vari punti del profilo e memorizzarli
premendo un tasto. In fase di programmazione la
funzione copia permette di velocizzare la ripetizione del
ciclo su pezzi di uguale forma. Il programma viene salvato
nella memoria interna del TTR e può successivamente
essere richiamato, modificato e ampliato. Il Table Top
Robot è dotato di porta USB, collegandolo ad un Personal
Computer è possibile esportare ed importare i programmi
utilizzando il software fornito in dotazione. La macchina
viene gestita attraverso un pannello di controllo Touch
Screen.
TTR riconosce file in diversi formati, tra i quali il DXF.

Two Axis Numerical Control Machine
to spray water based glue
Few seconds to program and the machine is ready
to spray water based glue with extreme
precision and neatness. Table Top Robot is able to do
linear and circular interpolations and therefore can follow
very complex glue trajectories. Equipped with a joystick,
Table Top Robot can self-learn in few passages the
work-piece profile where to spray the glue. The
operator needs just to position the glue applicator on the
profile points and store them by simply pressing a
button. While programming, the copy and paste
function allows to accelerate the repetition of the
working cycle on pieces with the same shape. The
program is stored in the TTR internal memory and can be
subsequently recalled and modified. Table Top Robot is
equipped with USB and by connecting it to a PC it is
possible to download and load programs by using
the software supplied with the machine. TTR can
read different file format including DXF files. Touch
screen to manage the machine.
