Two elbows are connected together having standard flanges on both sides
The main moving parts is connected together with the use of a bearing
Both swivel elbows are made from thick cast steel
The bearing of swivel bend is protected by steel cover
The bearing is lubricated through a grease fitting
The swivel bend pipes are made from smooth pipe surface inside and big pipe radius

The swivel bend and swivel elbow are heavy duty design suitable for any material in the mining and dredging such as slurry, mud, sand, gravel, rocks and debris
Highly flexible connection allowing the discharge pipe to move freely after connecting to the cutter
Low flow restrictions and low pressure drop due to the smooth bend wall and small bearing connection
OPTIONS of Dredge Swivel Bend and Swivel Elbow:
Swivel bends and swivel elbows can be supplied with a ball connection instead of bearing assembly
Lower bend pipe of the swivel bend can be supplied with an additional support
Instead of flanges the elbow bends can be supplied with quick connect or without any flange for welding on the pipe end
The swivel bend can be supplied with ball joint or rubber hose combination
