Suitable for use on Gas and Oil fired Appliances.Application The 42V and 75V Fan Flue systems are intended for domestic gas or oil fired appliances that do not have a conventional flue. Combustion products are removed using a power-flue comprising an extraction fan and air proving system. The fan flue system is powered from 230V a.c. mains. before installation. Fan units are available for use with Gas or Oil appliances, with or without solenoids Physical Description Sound Level Designed to very high standards of quality and efficiency, Up to 55 dBa at 1 metre Installation Considerations. The fans are installed on an external wall and connected to the appliance via a galvanized steel flue.This enables an appliance to be installed in a room that does not have a conventional flue.A pressure switch provides a fail-safe system, which automatically measures the velocity of the gases within the flue and only when this velocity exceeds the preset and safe level can the appliance be used.The fan flue system will accommodate runs of up to 6m and two 90 bends for most appliances, but please check When the fan is fitted close to the appliance particularly on a rear outlet Gas fired stove the use of a silencer tube (partТĖ VPF35) is recommended.Servicing of appliance and fan should normally be carried out annually, but where there is the possibility of other materiel being drawn into the fan (such as pet hair)
