Sand Washer

Sand washer is suitable for washing, classifying and dewatering of sand used in construction, quarry, hydropower

station, concrete dam project, pole factory, as well as "soul-rending nature sand" for casting use, quartz sand for

glassworks, and pressure sand for oil well backfill. With inclination angle of 18°, a settling pond is formed and

surrounded by three-side plates at the bottom of water channel. The spiral head submerges into the settling pond, the

spiral rotates continuously driven by motor and reducer, and clean water is fed into settling pond through the bottom

perforated plate.
