Caractensticas Principales

1.EI uso del controlador PLC (Controlador Logico Programable) y la

pantalla tactil, hace el proceso automatico de abrir y cerrar los

moldes, allmentacl6n, calentamiento, preservaci6n del calor,

enfriamiento, eyeccion del molde, y liberation del producto final de

la maquina, un ciclo complete

2.El sistema AutomStico de control al vacfo hace la alimentacibn,

calentamiento, preservation del calor y el enfriamiento.

3.El sistema al vacio consta de un tanque de almacenamiento al

vacio, tanque condensador al vacfo, y una bomba al vacio de

reciclaje de agua altamente eficiente.

4.La maquina esta acoplada utilizando un metodo de soldadura de

alta calidad y con un proceso que evita la oxidaci6n, queda pulida,

de tacto suave y con un tratamiento de preservation, lo cual le da

gran potencia sin deformation. La densidad del bloque EPS puede

alcanzar 6~40kg/m3, con formacibn r£pida de boques EPS, de

adhesion uniforme, bajo contenido de humedad, y con muy pocas

deformaciones.

5.La aplicaci6n de una pelicula de tefl6n especial a la superficie de la

cavidad del molde (Optional) hace que el bloque EPS pueda ser

facilmente eyectado o liberado de la moldura.

6.El grosor de la pared en la Maquina formadora de bloques EPS al

vacio, tiene transportador, balanza de peso electronics e

impresora, todas automaticas.

7.Esta maquina puede ser utilizada para producir bloques EPS de

850mm, 950mm y 1150mm de ancho; y tambien puede producir

bloques EPS para construction de 1000mm de ancho.

8.La puerta corrediza horizontal de apertura y cerrado del molde

tiene una apariencia elegante, es seguro y confiable, con facil

ajuste en el vacio entre el molde, lo cual mejora la compresion del

aire en la mdquina.

9.Esta maquina tiene 6 patentes tecnologicas.

Main Features

1 .With the use of PLC Controller (Programmable Logic Controller)

and Touch Screen, the automatic looping process of opening and

closing of the moulds, feeding, heating, heat preservation, cooling,

mould ejection, and releasing the final product from the machine

will be accomplished;

2.The Automatic Vacuum Control System does the feeding, heating,

heat preservation and cooling;

3.The Vacuum System consists of the Vacuum Storage Tank,

Vacuum Condensate Tank, and highly efficient water-recycling

vacuum pump;

4.The machine is coupled by using high quality welding method, and

to get rid of the rust, polishing, smoothing and aging treament,

which gives the machine high strength, and without deformation.

The density of the EPS Block can reach 6~40kg/m3, with fast EPS

Block forming speed, uniform bonding, low moisture content, and

with very minor deformation;

5.Applying a special Teflon coating to the surface of the mould cavity

(Optional) makes the EPS Block to be easily ejected or released

out of the mould;

6.The thickened wall Vacuum EPS Block Forming Machine has

Automatic Conveyer, Automatic Electronic Weighing Scale, and

the Automatic Printer;

7.This machine can be used to produce the width of 850mm, 950mm

and 1150mm EPS Blocks, and also produce the width of 1000mm

EPS Block for buildings;

8.The Horizontal Sliding-Door opening and locking mould has an

elegant appearance, is safe and reliable, easy adjustment of the

gap between the mould, which improves the air tightness in the

machine;
