The TL36 Series Pallet Lift’s adjustable height capability places
pallets within easy operator reach, thus improving speed of
product transfer from conveyor or assembly lines. The reduction
of stretching and bending movements also diminished
musculoskeletal fatigue and the risk of injury, saving lost time
and compensation claims.
Its small footprint is practical where floor space is cramped. The
TL36 can accommodate a hand operated pallet jack or lift truck
for pallet removal. No excavation is required for installation. The
unit can be easily relocated within the plant as needed.
A unique, cantilevered table design eliminates scissors-lift pinch
points. The lift system has built-in controls providing slow down
speeds for greater safety of your operator and product. The 115
VAC electric hydraulic system permits operation from standard
15 amp receptacles. TL36 Pallet Lifts can be provided with a
number of options including turn tables, interlocked safety
curtains or tape switches.
All UNIDEX lifts are designed and manufactured in the USA to
exacting quality standards from welded carbon steel
construction. Each unit receives a durable, baked-on powder
coat finish, and undergoes rigorous quality testing before
shipment.
