operated hydraulics. The pedal folds up out of the way when not in use.

A release pedal lowers the load.

This lightweight, compact device can be equipped with two locking

swivel and two fixed, or with four locking swivel casters. The PHL is

highly maneuverable for getting in and out of tight work spaces. The

area between the legs and table is unobstructed, allowing easy access to
