Flexographicprinting and other applications found in the
packaging and graphics industry.Typical applications are decanting, potting down or ink barsfor process colour sets. Either can be interfaced with a weigh unit for job usage tracking.

The Drum Dispenser series provides a convenient means of decanting printing inks and free flowing materials from bulk
containers, down to more convenient, easily handled batch
sizes.Mounted on a robust stand this all in one unit incorporates an air driven pump of sufficient size to decant a wide variety of materials including screen and flexoinks through a high flow valve from 205/55 gallon steel drums.The system is supplied as a fully integrated unit, whichaccomodatesdrums at an angle of 15 degrees to ensure
maximum product is removed from the drum.The dispense valve is mounted over a stainless steel height adjustable drip tray is to facilitate different size containers.
The drum dispenser series also features as standard an
in-line filter, flow control valve and re-circulation.
