The Thermolator® TW Series is designed to maintain the process
temperature with circulated water that has been heated or
cooled to the required setpoint.

TW-1 Thermolator

All models offer incoloy heaters; silicon carbide pump seals;
pressure gauges; easy-to-use microprocessor controls and
tool-free access panels for fast removal. We offer options that
include process line purge; a choice of temperature control
points; autostart capability; SPI communications; and remotemounted operator panels.

THE BROADEST LINE IN THE INDUSTRY
Units are available in direct injection,
closed circuit or isolated circuit cooling;
single-zone and dual-zone configurations. Pump sizes to 7.5 Hp per zone.
Heaters to 48 kW per zone. Process
temperatures to 250°F {121°C}.

Microprocessor controls with adjustable tuning parameters offer uniform
temperature control, regardless of external loading.

Isolated circuit units keep the process
fluid separated from the cooling water,
allowing you to use two different fluid
sources.

High-efficiency pumps
Pump sizes range from 3/4 to 7.5 Hp. All feature silicon carbide seals, seal
flush lines and sediment traps for extended pump seal life. Drip covers are
included to protect the motor from water damage. Stainless steel impellers
are standard on 3/4 through 2 Hp pumps.

We have a Thermolator® model to fit
your application.
Dual-zone models can control two
process temperatures at different locations in a mold. Two-zone models have
common cooling water manifolds and
electrical connections for convenience.

Standard on all models, incoloy heaters resist damage from high temperature
and chemicals.

Three full years on all Thermolator® TW Series models. And a full four-year
