APPLICATION;
■ Suitable lor working condition with three phase power supply:
- Suitable for the condition required continuous work, and cleaning
fine but heavy dust.
SPECIALTY;
1, HEPA Filter Unit
1.1 The equipment is equipped with HEPA filter unit: Imported
"TORAY" polyester "PTFE" fitter cartridge with bracing
sheet from Japan. Can filter 99.99% 0.3microns dust;
1.2 Fitter unit: Polyester needled felt (titer bag (can be PTFE),
Japan imported "TORAY" brand polyester Tiber filter
cartridge (can be PTFE). Imported "TORAY" polyester
"PTFE" filter cartridge with bracing sheet from Japan.
Different filter units are applied to different dust/powder and
can guarantee the ability of the equipment:
1.3 Villo designed different manual vibrating devices to different
filter unit and make the cleaning job more convenient.
1.4 Vibrating method: filter bag lift vibrating, filler cartridge rotating
