The Elektron B1 Ultra is a special purpose machine used for
cutting and sealing the edges of synthetic fabrics where a clean,
fray-free finish is required. Unlike conventional ultrasonic cutters,
the Elektron B1 Ultra cuts all sides of a shape without moving fabric
from the table, giving productivity improvements of better than 300%.
Mistakes and waste are reduced, quality improved and you are not
limited to just simple rectangular shapes.
Because the Elektron B1 Ultra is such a stiff and powerful machine,
crush cutting tools can be successfully used on the ultrasonic table
top. The ultrasonic tool can be exchanged in seconds for any standard
Aeronaut bayonet tool including crush cutting and creasing tools, drag
blades, rotary blades and reciprocating blade cutters.
