Sandblasting machines are connected to a professional, suitably dimensioned recycling filter system CENTRO,

which enables perfect dedusting of the working space even when using four blast guns, and using any kind of

abrasive.

The CENTRO filter unit has installed a recycling system for fine abrasives, which constantly cleans and returns

used abrasive into the working process.

Thanks to that, our machine has the mark ECO in its name.

The amount of abrasive in the system is very small and it remains nearly constant, only a small quantity has to be

added daily.

For marking and making logos, very fine and hard abrasives are used, which are nearly dust. Therefore special

attention is made to the transport of abrasives to the blast guns.

Thanks to our unique solution of the abrasive collecting pot, the dosage into any blast gun is constant and even and

without interuption, even afterseveral days of non-working.

CENTRO filter units have installed highly capable filter cartridges, specially adapted to the conditions of

sandblasting. Filter cartridges are automatically cleaned by jets of compressed air (FC-Pulse-jet system). The

installed electric control is pre-set for common working conditions. For the user it is easy to change the parameters

as per his needs.

manufactured for large series to sandblast logos or to realize marking on the

surface of ceramic or glass cups, vases, kitchenware or bottles.

An operator stands in front of the machine and loads and unloads cups, which are

previously taped or protected in special masks, in which are cut-out the desired logos

or markings. Accordingly to the design and the quality of the mask, the sandblasting

or matting is done only on the outer surface layer, or it can be done with a depth

effect, up to a few millimeters deep.
