CONSTRUCTION :

- Deux volumes : 125 et 343 litres.

- Le caisson intérieur est en inox, résistant à la corrosion.

- Le caisson extérieur est en tôle électrozinguée revêtue d'une

peinture époxy (RAL7035).

- Le caisson intérieur est séparé du caisson extérieur par une

isolation optimale qui réduit les pertes de chaleur et permet une

meilleure qualité de chauffe.

- Les parois et la porte sont isolées par 150 mm de laine de verre

excluant toute trace d'amiante. L'isolation assure un fonctionne-

ment optimal, des températures de surface réduites et une excel-

lente stabilité thermique. L'isolation est améliorée par la pose

nnnn

d'un joint spécial permettant l'étanchéité entre la porte et le

nnnn

corps de l'étuve.

- La laine de verre et le joint ne comportent aucune trace d'a-

miante.

- Les charnières sont sur le côté droit et deux attaches robustes

nnnn

assurent la fermeture.

CHAUFFAGE :

Les éléments chauffants sont des tubes inox blindés, et sont idéa-

nnnn

lement placés dans le flux de brassage de l'air intérieur. Les élé-

nnnn

ments chauffants sont commandés par un relais statique.

nnnn

Cependant, la qualité de chauffage n'est pas seulement dûe à nos

nnnn

éléments chauffants, l'isolation y contribue également. Si l'étuve

nnnn

est très bien isolée, la chaleur est conservée à l'intérieur de la

nnnn

chambre. Il y a donc le minimum de perte de chaleur, et la

nnnn

consommation électrique est minimale !

nnnn

RÉGULATION DE TEMPÉRATURE & SÉCURITÉ :

nnnn

La sonde de régulation est un thermocouple de type J. La tempé-

nnnn

rature est régulée par un microprocesseur électronique de grande

nnnn

précision qui empêche un dépassement de la température de

nnnn

consigne. La température de consigne et celle mesurée dans le

nnnn

volume sont affichées en continu sur le régulateur électronique.

nnnn

Un second régulateur électronique indépendant, associé à un

nnnn

second thermocouple, permet de régler une température limite à

nnnn

ne pas dépasser, fournissant alors une protection de classe 3.1.

nnnn

VENTILATION INTÉRIEURE :

nnnn

Toutes nos étuves haute température sont ventilées. Le flux d'air

nnnn

réduit le temps de chauffe et permet la distribution de chaleur

nnnn

dans le volume. Le ventilateur centrifuge est situé sur le dessus

nnnn

de l'étuve et permet d'optimiser l'homogénéisation de l'air dans le

nnnn

volume utile.

L'air est distribué depuis la turbine vers les éléments chauffants

nnnn

et le volume utile.

nnnn

L'air chauffé est dirigé vers le bas de l'étuve à travers les parois

nnnn

latérales et est redirigé par le ventilateur.

RENOUVELLEMENT D'AIR :

L'entrée d'air frais et l'évacuation de l'air chaud se fait par une

nnnn

ouverture de diamètre 60 ou 80 mm selon les volumes ; un cla-

nnnn

pet de réglage permet d'ajuster le taux de renouvellement d'air.

CONSTRUCTION:

- Two sizes: 125 and 343 liters.

- The inner casing is made of corrosion and heating resistant stain-

nnnn

less steel.

- The outer casing is made of sheet steel, finished in a tough stoved

epoxy paint (white colour RAL7035).

- No contact between inner and outer casing and an optimised insu-

nnnn

lation minimises heat dissipation and allow a best heating quality.

- The walls and the door are insulated with glasswool, safe for

nnnn

users. The insulation is 150mm thick, ensuring efficient operation,

nnnn

low external temperatures and excellent thermal stability. A special

nnnn

gasket provides a good seal between the door and the oven body,

nnnn

aiding insulation.

nnnn

- The insulation and the gasket are asbestos-free.

nnnn

- The door is hinged on the right hand side and closed with a 2 ro-

nnnn

busts point fastener.

HEATING QUALITY:

nnnn

The tubular heating elements are sheathed, made of stainless steel,

nnnn

and ideally placed in the air blow. No-wear switching (solid state

nnnn

relay) is used for activating and desactivating the heating elements.

nnnn

But our heating speed is not only done by our heating element. It is

nnnn

also achieved by our insulation. If the oven is well insulated, heat

nnnn

will be kept inside the chamber. Our quality of heating will reduce a

nnnn

TEMPERATURE CONTROL & SAFETY:

Temperature sensor is a J thermocouple. The temperature is

nnnn

controlled by a precise microprocessor-based controller that provi-

nnnn

des a high accuracy and prevents the set temperature from being

nnnn

exceeded. The controller digitally displays continuously the set and

nnnn

actual values of temperature. An independant second electronic

nnnn

controller, with a second thermocouple, has an adjustable upper

nnnn

limit, giving a class 3.1 protection.

nnnn

INTERNAL FAN FOR AIR CIRCULATION:

nnnn

All ovens are fan circulated. The air flow speeds up the heating time

nnnn

and also events the temperature distributionwithin the oven. The

nnnn

centrifugal blower is located at the top of the oven, shielded from

nnnn

the workspace by a stainless steel baffle.

nnnn

Air is draw into the fan from the top in the centre of the oven and

nnnn

passes over the temperature sensor and the sheathed heater ele-

nnnn

ments.

nnnn

The heated air is distributed in the bottom of the oven through the

nnnn

whole width and then re-circulated by the fan.

nnnn

EXHAUST AIR, FRESH AIR SUPPLY:

nnnn

Through access vent, fresh air is provided and pre-heated before

nnnn

entering the chamber.

nnnn

A 60 or 80 mm diameter exhaust vent is provided with an adjusta-

nnnn

ble valve to control the exhaust air flow.

nnnn
