GENERAL
The BCR05 EEx sample gas cooler is an important
component to complete a reliable sample gas
analyser system. The combination of the efficient
heat-exchangers and the powerful compressor
cooling system provides a dry sample gas flow with
stable dew-point to subsequent analyser systems.
Sample gas analyser systems operating in
hazardous
environments
need
high
quality
equipment with highest standards of safety. BCR05
EEx ist specifically designed for operation in ATEX
zones 1 and 2. ATEX-certification: Ex II 2G Ex px de
[ai] IIC T4 Gb. AGT Thermotechnik is a certified
manufacturer according directive 94/9/EG (ATEX)
and DIN ISO 9001:2008.
TECHNOLOGIE
Main parts of the compact and maintenance-free
BCR05 EEx sample gas cooler are the high
performance gas heat-exchangers and the ingenious
compressor regulation for the cooling system. The
clever design of the heat-exchangers allows a high
flow rate and is a guarantee for optimum separation
of
condensate.
The
unique
pressureand
temperature-controlled performance regulation and
the use of superior and excellent components ensure
a constant and stable dew point.
FUNKTIONEN
The cooling system is filled with FCKW-free
refrigerant R134a. BCR05 is available with 1-2 heatexchangers and 1-4 gaspaths. As heat-exchanger
materials are PVDF, glass or stainless-steel. The
sample gas cooler is equipped with an analog display
for temperature monitoring and with a potential-free
alarm contact. A console-set for wall mounting is
optionally available.
