Description
The PCIE-ANA board has been designed to put inside your system both analogic and digital I/O capability, with hardware
programmable Digital Signal Processor inside an Altera FPGA. The analog and digital I/O can be hosted in our system,
avoding any issues can be caused by long wires, but “logical locally hosted” in a PCI Express slot inside your computer.

The PCIE-ANA board, hosted on PCIED-15-IO board, will provide up to 32xGeneral purpose 5-Volt tolerant Digital I/O, 1
5-Volt tolerant clock out, 5-Volt tolerant clock in, 2 Analogic outputs with DAC able to work up 80MHz with in 4
programmable ranges, 2 Analogic inputs with ADC able to work up 80MHz with in 4 programmable ranges, one Trigger,
programmable as input or output.
The FPGA inside the PCIED-15-I/O might perform digital signal processing on the incoming data from digital inputs or
ADC or on outgoing data to digital output or DAC. The data transfer to the host has been doing by PCI Express Cable has
a unique advantage over other expansion systems currently available in the market. Having PCI Express board acting as
both the host bus and the cabled expansion protocol, drivers are not required. This avoids the root cause of the
throughput latency of the expansion link. PCI Express offers a level of software compatibility and performance scalability
unparalleled even on the most modern generation of cabled expansion systems currently in the market.
