Cilindros con carrera regulable / Cylinders with adjustable stroke
La concepción de esta serie permite regular completamente la carrera,
además de disponer de amortiguación en todas las posiciones de su
carrera. El control de la carrera se realiza mediante un husillo y un pistón
desplazable axialmente. Mediante el giro de la tuerca exterior, se desplaza
el husillo linealmente por efecto de un dispositivo especial. La conexión de
aire en la parte de regulación del cilindro se efectúa a través del extremo del
husillo y deberá utilizarse tubería flexible para permitir el desplazamiento
de éste. Las aplicaciones de este tipo de cilindros se encuentran en el
accionamiento de apertura y cierre de puertas, válvulas de mariposa,
bocas de tolvas, pequeñas prensas, etc.
The conception of this series allows adjusting the stroke entirely, besides
having cushioning in all stroke positions. The stroke control is performed by
using a feedscrew and an axially displaceable piston. By rotating the outer
nut, the feedscrew moves linearly as a result of a special device. The air
connection on the adjustment part of the cylinder is made through the end
of the feedscrew and flexible tubing should be used to allow its movement.
Applications of this type of cylinders are to be found in the opening and
closing drive of doors, butterfly valves, hopper openings, small presses, etc.
La normativa CNOMO no contempla variantes.
The CNOMO standard does not include variations.
