Intelligent Height Gauge Series

Uses

The Intelligent Height Gauge is a vertical digital metre-logical

instrument with single coordinate, which uses the grating as the

measuring unit. The instrument is a multi-function computer Height

Gauge, which is suitable for the usage in the factory. The base has

very high stability and has three points air-flotation, which adopts

the orifice restricting principle by the air bearing. And then the

instrument is supported by the high pressure air so as to make the

instrument do rapidly movement without resistance, which can

prevent the liquid and dust invasion and has long using life.

Therefore, it can measure the distance between the parallel

surfaces, diameter of hole and axis, center distance and

geometrical error.

Characteristics

© Built-in air pump and its base is three points air-flotation. It can

move rapidly and easily;

© Automatic reversal point detection: the measuring head is driven

by motor. The measuring head will touch the surface of workpiece

automatically and find the highest point and lowest point to realize

automatic measurement.
