8800 Controller Upgrades and Retrofits
The Instron 8800 retrofit enables older servohydraulic and dynamic testing systems to be upgraded with the latest control
electronics and WaveMatrix™ software: WaveMatrix™ for fatigue testing or dynamic tests, or Bluehill® 2 for static tests. As many
fatigue tester load frames are designed to last and provide many years of reliable testing, the modernization and upgrade of the
control system is a cost-effective way to extend the life of your existing installation and test using the latest techniques.
8800 upgrade packages are available for existing servohydraulic fatigue testing machines including Instron, Schenck, Dartec,
MTS, Zwick, Shimadzu, Mayes, and other manufacturers.
