APPLICATIONS
Keller Lufttechnik designs, engineers, manufactures, and installs
air purification systems for nearly all types of industry. Optimum
separation processes and custom-engineered systems ensure
maximum work safety, clean breathable air, as well as operational safety and environmental protection on the very highest levels. Airborne substances differ in their quality and quantity as well asin their physical and chemical nature. This results in different
demands or ways on how these substances are to be separated from the airflow. To meet these demands, Keller
Lufttechnik offers a number of dry and wet operating system
models. The venturi wet scrubber models are geared toward the separation of substances that cannot normally be separated or
are difficult to separate in dry operating systems. Our high-performance separators inject water into the airflow as the
basic concept of the venturi principle. These multipurpose units
can be utilized in almost all sectors of industry. >
Two wet scrubbers, model VDN-TA, in sound-absorbing design with common de-sludger:
separation of aluminum and magnesium dusts. Grinding, polishing or other machining processes where glowing or hot dust particles may occur. ֖Combustible and explosive dust resulting from abrasive blasting, grinding and polishing of light metal components
(aluminum and magnesium alloys). Diemaking/diecutting or other processes where dust and cooling lubricant vapors or mist are released. ֖Moist and/or adhesive dust created in foundries and during the manufacture of ceramics or glass.Vapors containing dust from driers, coolants, and extruders in the chemical and plastics industry. ֖Press vapors released in the production of wood chipboards and fibreboards. >
Compact wet scrubber, model VDN-TE, with a combination ofwaste disposal equipment "T" and "E". The sludge can be
discharged via a shutoff valve, located between hopper and
waste bin, without having to shut down the extraction system. size="-1">
