Security, quality and customer satisfaction are our main goals. Due to the highly developed client consciousness for product safety on the global market, KLETTI makes a point of manufacturing
its heatable hoses compliant with the national safety standards. Experts in accredited Intertek laboratories were charged to check our products for the national safety norms for the US
and Canada in order to receive the ETL-Listed certificate*.
The ETL-certificate ensures the highest quality standards for our heating hoses as these are only produced with components of selected suppliers, followed by a strictly prescribed planning and
assembly instruction. The special feature of the ETL-certificate is that not only the end product is controlled but also the complete manufacturing process. This control and the corresponding
certification are repeated every three months. As quality is the basis for confidence we endeavour to win and promote for the long term the confidence of our clients through the high quality standards.
*The ETL-Listed Certificate is an acknowledged certification mark of Intertek, which is valid within the national NRTL programme (Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) of the OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). This certification mark verifies that the Kletti heating hoses are compliant with the current national norms and can be integrated into production without further controls. The ETL-Listed certificate equals the Underwriters Laboratory certificate (UL-Listed Certificate) as both certificate marks ensure the compliance with the national safety standards.
