nnnning to the readers of Aviation International

nnnnPremier Jet is unique, because they are the
nnnnfirst to bring the condo concept with 30-year,
nnnnprepaid, long-term, leases to the aviation com-
nnnnmunity. "Unlike renting, a long-term lease al-
nnnnlows a customer to have all the benefits of own-
nnnnership, including the right to perform upgrades
nnnnto the property and to re-sell or re-lease," said
