Automatic pressure control for equipments with piston pump
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The pressure regulator VP-200 allows the automatic control of working air pressure of the
equipments with piston pump. Thus, when the main machine changes its speed, it is possible
to guarantee the same application pattern, adjusting the adhesive flow.

SOLUTIONS
When the line speed accelerate and decelerate Meler pattern control system provides an
electric signal to the VP-200 pressure regulator, enabling it to adjust the air pressure to the
equipment and making the adjustments of the application adhesive flow.
The system has a 5 µm filter to eliminate any solid particles and humidity from the air supply.
The VP-200 can be built in into any Meler gluing equimpent with piston pump.
Nota: The pressure regulator VP-200 can be used to automatically adjust the air pressure in
Meler swirl applicators.
