· Especially designed for our grippers, this electronic system allows to store in electronic memory the 2 extreme
positions of the fingers, and from 1 to 4 different programmed workpieces on shaft or in boring .One
additional information is available : workpiece “not recognized” or error.
· This embedded system is very easy to use, the storage being done automatically for the first gripped
workpieces, with differential pressure of safety.
· Additional elements, such as teaching box, electronic card, dedicated PLC... are not needed, so this system
can be used by any operator on site.
· Information being also delivered in the event of tightening on workpieces which are "not recognized" or blocked
on obstacle, the AUTOTACT series M can satisfy operations like dimensional sorting, selection or
orientation, without camera.
· In assembly applications, this system allows an important increase of productivity due to the suppression of
time to change tools, and the same gripper is able to grip various workpieces in the agreed order.
· Electronic circuit is moulded in a IP65 metal box and exchange is possible with all the models of series NKA,
NKP and NLG.
· Designed and manufactured in Europe.
