The ArcWorld IV-4000 is a high-performance, pre-engineered workcell with a double-ended headstock/tailstock positioner. These single robot (AWIV-4000) or dual robot (AWIV-4200) workcells are designed for welding small- to medium-size parts at medium to high volumes.
AWIV-4000 series models feature the high-speed MA1400 arc welding robot; a high-speed,
servo-driven, 3-axis reciprocating positioner; DX100 controller with menu-driven arc welding application software; integrated welding package; operator interface; and total safety environment – all the automation required for robotic arc welding.
Easy Setup

n Tooling envelope is 2 m in length and 1.3 m in diameter. Optional tooling lengths of 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0 m are available, and custom lengths can be special ordered.
n Turntable provides part positioning on two stations (robot and operator) simultaneously.
n Servo headstocks can be coordinated with the robot, and can also be rotated while indexing to save cycle time.
n Manual jog capability facilitates
part loading/unloading.
n MotoMount™ fixture system
has 41 mm thru-hole for fixture utilities or can be fitted with optional slip rings.
n Angled base provides ideal operator load height while programming height is still good.
n MSR2S-750 provides 750 kg (1,653.75 lb) payload with 5-sec.
