System Calibration and Repair Services
When a cable is accidentally damaged, or annual calibration is due for your PBS-4100
system, factory service is a time and cost effective alternative to in-house service.
Original procedures, factory-specified parts and factory-trained personnel ensure the
highest accuracy, and fast turn-around.

An Annual Calibration of your
PBS-4100 System ensures accurate vibration
measurements and optimal balancing
solutions. Calibrations are performed by
factory trained technicians using Government
traceable standards and computerized test
equipment. Each system undergoes more
than 35 individual tests using special factory
test equipment and procedures. Each unit is
tested to original specifications and receives
a complete original-equipment factory
acceptance test.

Cable repairs are performed at factory
designed assembly fixtures. All repairs utilize 100%
new components and are re-fabricated per original
factory drawings to ensure the highest level of
quality. After the repairs have been completed,
each cable receive a 100% factory quality inspection
which includes continuity testing, cross-wiring short
circuit testing, and insulation quality (megger)
testing.

Component repairs are performed by factory

trained technicians to quickly isolate problems and repair
your equipment. All necessary drawings, schematics, and
testing procedures are available to ensure speed and
accuracy of the repairs. All repair parts are drawn from
factory inventories to ensure conformance with original
design and performance requirements. Repaired equipment
receives rigorous performance and quality testing identical to
original equipment tests.
