ECONO-GARD™ Cuts Piping Costs
Factory Insulated Piping for Fast,
Easy, Economical Installation
Ricwil* ECONO-GARD™
Piping Systems provide a cost-
effective solution to many above-
ground and underground piping
applications for temperatures up to
250°F.
The system is supplied for low-
budget applications, where the
insulation of joints and fittings can
be handled in the field by your own
personnel.
Straight sections of pipe, in
standard lengths and available in
several materials, are factory-insu-
lated and jacketed for delivery to the
jobsite, ready for field insulation and
jacketing of joints and fittings.
Pre-molded covers for tees,
elbows, flanges and couplings with
polyurethane foam and mixing aids
are available as ordered.
Although pipe fittings are
normally supplied by the contractor,
custom fabricated fittings (tees, and
90° and 45° elbows) can be supplied
by Ricwil for ECONO-GARD
piping systems.
Sealing tape is provided for
sealing connections between jacket-
ing on adjacent components in
aboveground and underground
systems.

Storage & Safety
Precautions
Important: Follow instructions carefully.
Store all materials in a cool place (50°-70° F)
until ready louse.
Safety Precautions:
Wear eye protection.
Avoid skin contact with materials in liquid
state.
Do not smoke.
First Aid:
Contact with Eyes - Flush eyes with clear
water 15 - 20 minutes. Seek medical
attention immediately.
Contact with Skin - Wash affected areas
thoroughly with soap and water. (Use
Tincture of Green Soap, if available).
