The trend towards the miniaturization of components has been consolidated. The use of new

nnnn

technologies makes it possible to manufacture components with high flow rates but extremely compact

nnnn

sizes.

Electric piloting is by means of low-absorption miniature solenoids which are easily connected to the

nnnn

electronic control systems of machines (PLC). Another object of study have been manifolds and multiple

nnnn

bases for ganged assembly of valves or solenoid valves with option for having outlets 2 and 4 either on the

nnnn

valve body or on the base through threaded holes or integrated quick connections provided.

Versions 3/2 and 5/2 are fitted with pneumatic and electropneumatic controls with resetting by

nnnn

mechanically or pneumatically operated spring, or by pneumatic or electropneumatic operation on the

nnnn

bistable versions.

nnnn

The basic difference between this type of distributors and the others we produce, based on the spool

nnnn

system, lies in the fact that the seals rest on the spool and are dynamic, instead of being locked intoo

nnnn

spool the valve body by means of spacers. By this means a compact size is obtained and the distributors

can be slotted into bases and manifolds by means of two screws.

These distributors have a medium life of 10 to 15 millions of cycles depending on application. Proper

nnnn

lubrication with specified oil reduces dramatically the wear of the seals as well as a good filtration ensures

nnnn

long and trouble free operation. Check that the operating conditions are according to the suggested

nnnn

pressure, temperature and so on.

nnnn

The exhaust ports of the distributor have to be preotected in a dusty and dirty environment.

nnnn

Aspare parts kit including the spool complete with seals is available for overhauling the distributors. This

nnnn

simple operation does not require a skilled worker. Although particular care is needed for assembling the

nnnn

distributor.

ATTENTION: use hydraulic oil class H for lubrication such as MAGNAGC 32 (Castrol).
