Die Microperforation wird mit einem justierbaren Servoantrieb durch die obere Perforationswalze (Magnetzylinder) eingebracht.
Die Obere und Untere Walze hat jeweils einen
eigenen Antrieb. Durch ein Abbremsen und
Beschleunigen wird der jeweilige Abstand der
Perforation zur nächsten Perforation bestimmt.
Somit ist die Rapportlänge frei wählbar.
Das Längen Signal wird über eine Fotozelle
aufgenommen. Während der Perforation, wenn
das Perforationsmesser die Bahn berührt
laufen die obere und untere Walze mit gleicher
Geschwindigkeit. Dieses Perforationssystem
bietet im Wesentlichen folgende Vorteile:
Kein Austausch von Walzen notwendig. Längenformateinstellung über Bedienpanel.
Formatänderungen in der Breite und die Perforationsart können durch ein anderes Messer /
Schneidbleche in der oberen Perforationswalze
ausgetauscht werden.

Format changes in width and kind of perforation can be done with changing to another knife
/ cutting sheet in the upper perforation roller.
