Regardless of the industrial sector, emission standards are becoming
increasingly important, not only for environmental reasons. Reliable
compliance is also becoming an economic factor for our customers with
respect to competitive and future-oriented production – whether
through the use of light oil, natural gas or special fuels such as biogas or
coke gas. SAACKE has developed the TEMINOX GLS pressure jet
atomizer series especially for these requirements. The burner is available
as either a monoblock or duoblock burner version and is designed for
low-emission combustions.
ADDING STANDARD COMPONENTS ON DEMAND
The monoblock version has an integrated, specifically burnerdesigned air fan, which can deal with any furnace back pressure and
is extremely efficient thanks to its radial-fl ow. Due to its compact
design, the TEMINOX GLS is ready to be connected on delivery. Yet,
the burner still provides a large amount of fl exibility and is available
with the following options: a speed or O 2 /CO control, additional air
heating for the duoblock version, SAACKE se@vis control or an
optional integrated burner management system. This burner series
can easily and seamless be modifi ed to meet your individual needs.
