Granulatore a nastro per gomma e
materiale sintetico GR 250 UL
Per la produzione di granulato a forma cubica uniforme.
Il taglio viene eseguito con sistema a forbice: il granulatore
a nastro è composto da due serie di lame circolari che si
muovono in senso contrario e si ingranano l'una con
l'altra trascinando il nastro e tagliandolo a strisce.
La larghezza delle strisce corrisponde allo spessore delle
lame circolari. Per evitare che le strisce si avvolgano attorno
ai cilindri a dischi interviene in ogni cilindro un pettine con
il compito di togliere le strisce dalle fessure esistenti fra le
lame circolari. Le strisce arrivano sulla controlama una
accanto all'altra e qui vengono tagliate, a forma cubica,
dall'albero a lame rotante. Su richiesta possono essere
installate lame e controlame in windia per una maggiore
durata dei taglienti.

Cube Dicers GR 250 UL
SAGITTA Band Granulator are machines for the
production of uniform cube-shaped granulated material.
Almost any caoutchouc compound both natural and
synthetic, can be granulated, as well as thermoplastics,
various kinds of hard plastics, and other materials,
provided they are ribbon shaped and have a certain
stiffness. The cut is scissors-like. The band granulator is
composed of two set of circular knives, which revolve
in the opposite direction and are intermeshing. They
convey the ribbon and cut it into strips. The width of the
strips is proportional to the thickness of the circular
knives. In order to prevent the strips from winding around
the disc cylinders, one comb for each cylinder is provided
to take the strips out of the gaps between the circular
knives. The strips reach the counter-knife one beside
the other and they are cut by the knife cylinder into
cubical shape. On request, it is possible to install widia
plated knives and counter-knife in order to assure a
longer life to the cutting edges.
