Volute pumps of the series ZTI in inline design have been developed

nnnn

as space saving and easy-to-install pumping units, especially for the

nnnn

circulation of mineral and synthetic heat carriers in

nnnn

primary

nnnn

secondary and

nnnn

tertiary

nnnn

circuits.

nnnn

In compact design they are also applicable successfully in heat

nnnn

transfer plants as main circulation pumps; for reasons of their

nnnn

constructional features they offer the plant manufacturer absolutely

nnnn

new possibilities for his plant conception.

DESIGN

nnnn

Single-stage pump units in compact design with nominal

nnnn

performances as per DIN 24255 / EN 733. Suction and discharge

nnnn

orifices are arranged in line with each other for direct installation in

nnnn

the pipe work.

nnnn

Electric motor and pump do not have a common shaft; standard

nnnn

motors as per list are applied.

nnnn

The back pull out construction permits the dismounting of the

nnnn

complete pull-out unit without removing the pump casing out of the

nnnn

pipe work. The separate pump shaft and motor shaft connected by a

nnnn

plug-in coupling make possible to dismount resp. replace the motor

nnnn

without touching the pump.

nnnn

The DIN 4754 specifications are complied with.

nnnn

At present, the programme comprises 9 pump sizes.
