| The Typhoon™ industrial desktop keyboards and Typhoon™ industrial O-mouse (optical mouse) are members of the family of INDUCOMP industrial input device family. Two models are available, an 84 key and 104 key keyboards. Both keyboards are waterproof sealed and chemical resistant. Special designed keys are molded to the base of the keyboard providing a rugged vandal resistant construction. The legends on each key are laser etched deep into the material. Legends can not be rubbed off the keyboard without the material being worn down or sanded off. Each key is designed for light pressure typing, ideal for gloved applications. An optional pointing device can be added to both keyboards. Additional security can be attained on the 104 keyboard by turning off the keyboard through a series of key strokes. Each keyboard can be washed down with water or sterilized with disinfectant without damage. They are ideal for industrial applications, Hospital and health care applications, Laboratory applications and food applications.
