JENar™-Silverline F-Theta Lenses
for High-power and Picosecond lasers
The Silverline F-Theta lenses are designed for high-power
fiber and picosecond laser applications and complete our
existing range of full fused-silica lenses for high-performance lasers. They offer comprehensive application ranges
from 1030 nm to 1080 nm, from 515 nm to 540 nm and
as latest novelty from 900 nm to 1100 nm.
Silverline F-Theta lenses are minimally-absorbing,
diffraction-limited full fused-silica lenses that provide very
high damage threshold and offer exceptionally consistent
focusing over the entire scanning field. They can manage
a fiber and disk laser beam output power of up to four
kilowatts without active cooling and with minimal focal
shift. Standard and customer-specific product versions are
available.
The JENar™ F-Theta lens for 532 nm with focal lengths of
170 mm and 250 mm further extend the Silverline product
family. These Jenar™ F-Theta lenses are especially designed
for use in micro material processing for medium and high
performance requirements of up to 200 W picosecond laser
applications, e. g. micro structuring in microelectronics,
micro material processing in the semiconductor industry,
glass structuring for mobile display applications, and
manufacturing of medical devices.
In addition, Jenoptik offers classical JENar™ F-Theta lenses
for wavelengths of 1080 nm, 532 nm, 355 nm and 266 nm
for applications in micro structuring, marking, and labeling
of different materials.
