High speed shaft (կnput)

Machined to IEC motor-frame tolerance, ground, with threaded hole and key.

Օ It is possible to mount a direct drive with an electric motor. Link made with an elastic coupling (Coflex), see Data sheet N°84004.

To install hydraulic motor, consult our technical department.

Hollow low speed shaft (output)

Օ With 4 threaded holes making for best fixing and removing

Different sizes of sleeves can be installed following the shaft diameters.

Օ Shaft and sleeves coated AC2 (Anti-fretting corrosion).

Double reduction for ratios 15:1 and 25:1 and single reduction for ratio 4:1

Primary drive

Օ The primary drive must be at an angle of 90° with the line which links the axis of output and input of the reducer. (See drawing below).

The output speed can be changed putting another pulley on the primary

shaft.

Օ Variable output speed is obtained by changing the primary transmission with a beltdrive variation group.

Back-Stop (on request)

Avoids unwanted rotation (ex : elevator)

Օ Rotation is determined by facing the input shaft :

if the output shaft turns clockwise, it is a "right" rotation (type D) ; otherwise it is a "left" rotation (type G). Please specify the type with the order.

Torque Arm

It must be installed to work in tension and must be at an angle of 90° with the big axis of the reducer (see drawing opposite).

Օ For a left rotation it is located on the right side and inversely

For rotation in both ways (on high shocks), it is advisable to install an arm on both sides.

Vertical position

Օ If the reducer is to be used in a vertical position, please specify it in the order (type V).

These type of reducers can work in an horizontal position taking into account the position of the fillers and considering that filling must be done in accordance with the new position.

RV 180 . 4 : REVIBLOC Reducer size 180, ratio 4:1

RV 150V . 15 : REVIBLOC Reducer size 150, used for vertical position, ratio 15:1

RV 250D . 25 : REVIBLOC Reducer size 250, with holdback right rotation allowed, ratio 25:1

RV 105S . 25 : REVIBLOC Reducer size 105 with special parts (no standard hollow shaft diameter) ratio 25:1
