Heat-welded fabrications. Fusing of the solid at belt with matching material ights, sidewalls,
guides, etc. result in a nearly unbreakable fabrication and superior performance.

Volta tips for best results when
fabricating reinforced at belts:
Always join reinforced belts at an angle.This increases the area that the join covers and creates
stronger reinforcement at the join which reduces stretching and improves the belts performance
across the join area.
When placing a guide on fabric surface of the at belt, the reinforcement fabric should be
removed from the area that the guide will cover, using a router. This will allow you to heat weld
the guide material directly to the base belt material, forming one solid unit that will not tear or
come apart from the base belt.
Check the different ight options available. The High Frequency (HF) welded ights that Volta
offers give you the ultimate smooth, strong join. Scoop cleats form a ‘pocket’ to elevate your product & angled cleats are highly suitable for incline applications.
