Hqvids - semi liquids

A new concept (patented] of 1-5-6 lanes flow pack machine, able to produce pillow

baqs on multi lanes startinq from one sinqle reel of wrappinq material with lonq run

capability (only one reel chanqe per day].

This concept avoids the use of many machines and as a consequence reduces

the required floor space, technical installations. |i.e power supply connection, air

connection, product feedinq, codinq systems], the number of operators, the number of

reel chanqes, thus increasinq efficiency and production capacity

The machine has the capability to independently control the tension of the wrappinq

material for every sinqle lane, this due to a special double servomotor system that

pulls the material [there is no pullinq action from the sealinq jaws].

Thermal control is very accurate and independent for each lane, conventional sealinq

is utilized, pulse sealinq will be available in the near future

Standard pillow baq shape, in the near future the option of qussetinq and squared

bottom will be available

Speed approx 10-80 cycles/min (up to 160-180 baqs/min/total] dependinq on the

baq size and shape, the type and quality of wrappinq material.

The desiqn of the upper machine area allows the installation of a wide ranqe of dosinq

systems

• for liquid piston pump cip piston pump cip flowmeter
