Completing his efforts in having a complete range of
products for the industrial fluid handling market, Cepex
has created a new diaphragm valve to complement their
existing ranges of fittings, ball valves [IND] Series and
Butterfly valves Industrial Series.
La nueva válvula de diafragma está especialmente diseñada
para ofrecer las máximas prestaciones de control y seguridad, además de poseer un elegante y exclusivo diseño y estar probada en las condiciones más adversas para asegurar
su óptimo funcionamiento en cualquier circunstancia.
The new diaphragm valve is specially designed to offer the
better performance in safety and control, additionally it
has an elegant and exclusive design and it is tested in the
most adverse conditions to assure an optimal working in
any circumstance.
Con todos los elementos en contacto con el fluido fabricados en plástico y la posibilidad de diferentes configuraciones,
tanto de material (PVC-U, PVC-C o PP-H) como de uniones,

All the parts in contact with the fluid are made in plastic
materials with the possibility of different configurations, so
in materials (PVC-U, PVC-C or PP-H) as in unions, we try to
offer a good solution for any kind of application of fluid

pressure loss due to the obstruction offered
by the vertical wall which has to close with the
membrane; it is situated just in the
center of the fluid pass.

Is it possible to know the flow regulation
made by the valve using a flowmeter
placed in the exit of the valve; it shows
the amount of flow in the system after
applying the valve adjustment.

puede conocer situando a la salida un
caudalímetro o rotámetro, que indicará la
cantidad de caudal que pasa por el sistema después de haber aplicado el ajuste.
Diaphragm valve is a kind of valve for the precise regulation
of a system flow with a simple device; it uses two ports where
the fluid has to pass through, and a separation between
these two ports consisting in a vertical wall and a membrane;
the membrane could rise or go down slowly, actuated by
a wheel, so it will move from a maximum opening offered
by the valve to close completely the pass of the fluid, using
an elevated number of turns, with positions that could be
fixed using the security device.

La válvula de diafragma regula de forma precisa el caudal
de un sistema con un mecanismo sencillo. Consiste en dos
puertos por los que debe pasar el líquido y una separación
entre ellos formada por una pared vertical y una membrana. La membrana puede subir o bajar de forma muy lenta
actuada mediante un volante, así llegará desde su apertura máxima hasta cerrar el paso del líquido completamente,
usando un elevado número de vueltas. Las posiciones que
se pueden fijar mediante el seguro mecánico.
