STANDARD FEATURES In addition to those features commonly found in packaged DC drives, the following salient features are standard in the Pacemaster 6: NEMA POWER CODE C-Six SCR full wave power converter for smooth high efficiency opթration. PHASE SEQUENCE INSENSITIVITY allows opթration irrespective of AC input phase connection order. AUTOMATIC PHASE-LOCKED LOOP SYNCHRONIZING CIRCUIT provides enhanced immunity to noise. Օ ISOLATED FEEDBACK - Armature voltage and current feedback signais are isolated from the AC power source. TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED REFERENCE. Օ RUN/JOG LOGIC. ARMATURE CONTACTOR designed to break full load current. Օ CURRENT LIMITING FUSES for incoming AC line. 115 VAC CONTROL TRANSFORMER. Օ DEADBACK 12 GAUGE PANEL CONSTRUCTION. DIRECT LINE OPERATION-No isolation transformer required (line inductors necessary). GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Pacemaster 6 packaged DC drive is a three phase, full wave AC to DC power converter for control of motor speed and torque. This drive package consists of a panel mounted Pacemaster 6 power module, DC loop contacter, AC line current limiting fuses, 115VAC control trans镭former and RUN/JOG logic. The Pacemaster 6 packaged drive is a gnerai purpose non-regenerative unit which is available as either a non-reversing or reversing packaged drive. The basic design accomodates a long list of factory installed and factory engineered options, which makes the Pacemaster 6 idal for a wide variety of industrial applications. The Pacemaster 6 is a high performance unit with conservatively rated power components. Pre-conditioned and tested logic semi-conductors, high frequency and transient voltage protection, adjustable current limit and solid state motpr overload protection assist in providing reliability of the System and protection for' driven equipment. Pacemaster 6 packaged drives are designed and manu-factured to comply with applicable standards established by the National Electrical Code and NEMA for industrial motor and control equipment. Standard Pacemaster 6 power modules are UL recognized. Thꩨse Pacemaster 6 packaged drives can be supplied as UL LISTED.
