Aero HEPA LFA are box style lters with mini pleat separators. It is made from micro - ne berglass paper media and comes with metal or MDF
frames. Filters are available in H12, H13, H14 and U15 eciencies. Standard models comes in 69mm, 90mm, 120mm and 150mm frame depths.

MEDIA FEATURES AND TECHNICAL DETAILS
Filter Media
Aero HEPA LFA series lters are manufactured from continuous length superior quality micro glass ber paper media available in various ecie
ncy grades. The lter media is moisture resistant and re retardant. Anti-microbial treated papers are also available for special applications. The
uniform and closed pleat lter pack grants a high crossing surface to hold the very ne dusts.
Filter Frames
The Mini-Pleat lters construction shall have extruded anodized aluminium proles.
The Mini-Pleat Panel lters are provided with an expanded metal mesh face guards on downstream side or on both sides (optional).
Sealant & Gaskets
The pleated media pack is encapsulated into the lter frame utilizing a two part high density re retardant urethane elastomer. A at prole ne
oprene gasket or a one-piece seamless urethane gasket is used to ensure a leak free seal to the lter housing. High temperature versions are m
anufactured with ceramic sealant and temperature resistant gasket.
A gel seal shall be provided to ensure the leak free ltration for laminarow Mini-Pleat lters as per request.
Media Separators
The Mini-Pleat absolute lters Aero HEPA LFA Series lters consist of closely pleated media, positively spaced using thermosetting beads. This t
ype of pleat separation allows optimum media utilization and oers very low pressure drops .
Filter Testing
The nished lters undergoes a thorough quality checking .They are scan tested individually to ensure a leak proof performance and each lter
posses the label showing the scan test result on it. We have the testing facilities as per EN1822 and American Standard IEST-RP-CC001.3. Testing
of lters can be done according to the customer’s request.
