Raman amplifier is a key component for 100G and beyond 100G ultra high speed
network applications, and also for ultra long haul applications, for the feature of good
noise performance to maintain highly OSNR. HPU 42000 series is a self automatic gain
control (AGC) Raman amplifier for above mentioned applications. It enables users easy
to install and quick to use, by compensating patch cord loss when installation and the
self real-time gain adjustment by monitoring the loss of transmission fiber.
The module can be controlled flexibly by fully software using RS232 communication
interface.
