Application:
YPS series electro-hydraulic double caliper disc brake is a kind of advanced product with high performance and
multi-function. They are maintenance-friendly due to advanced functions applied on them such as antomatic shoe
clearance balancing and pad wear self-compensation. Various limit switches can provide interlocking protection signal to
main machine PLC. They fit very well for decelerating and braking large-scale modern machines such as loading and
uploading machinery, lifting and transporting machinery, metallurgy equipment and mining equipment.

避免制动衬垫浮贴制动盘现象。
■配套本公司新型推动器、动作灵敏、寿命长。主要摆动铰点均设有自润滑轴承使用过程中无
需润滑传动效率高动作灵敏制动器闭合(上闸)时间为0.25-0.4S使用、调整、维护简单。
■无级衬垫磨损自动补偿装置可使瓦块退距和制动力矩在使用过程中保持恒定免去经常调
整的麻烦。
■力矩可调内置弹簧设有力矩标尺。
■制动衬垫安装、更换便捷配套优质粉末冶金材质衬垫。
■单台制动器可实现对称制动对主机驱动轴不产生径向力。
Main feature
■Interlocking shoes clearance balancing device and shoe self-aligning
device(patent technology),constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes
on both sides and wasn't required to adjust, thus completely avoid one side
of brake lining sticking to brake disc.
YPS系列
■ Self-lubricating bearings are equipped at main hinge points, which bring high efficiency of transmission,long
performance life and unnecessary to lubricate operation. The close time (release time) is 0.25s-0.45. It is easy to
operate,adjust and maintain.
■Stepless pad wear self-compensating device will keep shoe clearance and brake torque be constant during operation,
avoiding the trouble of adjustment.
■Torque adjustable built-in springs was set with torque scale.
■It is easy to install and replace brake pad, equip with high-quality powder metallurgical material pad.
■A single set of brake can realize symmetrically brake, which don't produce radial force to drive shaft of main machine.
