heating elements for high quality forming and a good
repeatability of the process.

Lamination: It is now possible to spray up non
roll resin & fibreglass simultaneously in a 100%
robotised process thanks to the spray-up robot
type ROBOMAT which requires simplified programming consisting in the copy of
operator’s best gesture for accurate lamination without human intervention.

Thermical Insulation: Our MATRAFOAM range of
machines designed for the spray-up of polyurethane can be
robotised and configured for every application.

Part Trimming & Machining: It is now
possible to trim parts with the
leading-edge technology proposed by
robot type USIMAT which works
with pneumatic powered tools. Each
tool has its own motor. The robot is
compact for easy access of the part.
It ensures precise, clean and fast
trimming. Dust extraction is also
foreseen.
